Buy List is copy of my portfolio.
Buy List is published biannual, one at 1 April and another one at 1 October.
I only buy or sell in month of March and September only. And then I publish my portfolio as Buy List, and it is locked in between those months.
This strategy gives me adequate time to do research and it also saves me from panic selling and impulse buying. Most important it gives me peace of mind.
